Accounting Clerk
We are seeking an Accounting Clerk to support a short‑term project focused on reviewing sales tax documentation and communicating with customers. This is a detail‑oriented, on‑site role working closely with a small accounting team.
Responsibilities:
- Review sales tax documents for accuracy and completeness
- Contact customers by phone and email to request or clarify tax documents
- Organize and track paperwork related to the project
- Assist with general sales tax documentation support
Qualifications:
- 1–2 years of relevant experience (entry‑level candidates welcome)
- Strong attention to detail and organization skills
- Comfortable with phone and email communication
- Ability to work onsite in a collaborative, detail‑driven environment
- Prior accounting or sales tax exposure is a plus
