Job Title: Accounting Clerk (AP/AR)
Job Type: Temp-to-Hire
Pay: $22–$26/hour
Schedule: Full-Time | Non-Exempt
System One is seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to support Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions for a company in Claremore, OK. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with room for long-term growth.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and issue customer invoices
Process and apply payments (checks, ACH, credit cards, wires)
Monitor and follow up on outstanding balances
Assist with collections and customer account inquiries
Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies
Match and process payable invoices
Support month-end closing tasks
Maintain accurate, audit-ready financial records
Prepare AR aging and collections reports
Requirements:
High school diploma required (Associate’s in Accounting preferred)
1–3 years of AP/AR or general accounting experience
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Proficiency in accounting software
Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
