What You’ll Do

As an Executive Recruiter, you’ll build relationships with accounting & finance professionals while helping companies hire top talent. Your desk is split roughly:

• 50% client development – building relationships with hiring managers, understanding their needs, and partnering with them on searches
• 50% recruiting – networking with candidates, interviewing, sourcing, advising, and managing the full placement process

You’ll work with your team to manage direct-hire searches ranging from entry-level to executive-level roles. From sourcing → interviewing → presenting → negotiating → offer acceptance → follow-up, you’ll help create great outcomes for both candidates and clients.
