Accounting Associate – Windsor, CT

Our team is partnering with a well‑established and growing client in Windsor, CT to add an Accounting Associate to their expanding accounting team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full‑cycle accounts payable, including invoice review, coding, approvals, and ERP system entry
• Process ACH, wire, and check payments
• Reconcile vendor statements, monitor aging reports, and resolve discrepancies
• Post cash receipts, prepare deposits, and apply payments within the ERP system
• Research unapplied cash and resolve billing or payment variances

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior accounts payable and/or accounts receivable experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Eagerness to learn and grow within an accounting team
