We are currently working with a client, seeking qualified candidates an Account Associate position based out of their corporate office in Stockbridge.


ABOUT THE JOB

The role of the Accounting Associate will be responsible for the following duties:

• Accounts Receivable / Payable
• Discover discrepancies on ledgers
• Matching Invoices
• Data entry, high proficiency with numerical 10 key, entering check/cash statements
• Working in SAGE accounting platform
• Working with customers on the phone and email
• Matching invoices and retailor statement

REQUIREMENTS

Ideal candidates for the Accounting Assistant  position will possess the following:

• Have a minimum of 3 years experience in an accounting role
• Have excellent written and oral communication skills 
• Have a strong attention to detail 
• Have some experience working with a grocery retailor
