Duties:

  • Process and enter payables ensuring entry accuracy and correct GL posting account
  • Maintain vendor files
  • Onboarding new hires and initiating Proscreening services and applicant tracking
  • Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns related to payroll, maintaining a consistent and approachable presence
  • Maintain employee records and HR databases
  • Upload weekly payroll documents
  • File monthly worker's comp reports and ACA hours

Experience:

  • Proven experience in accounts payable or a similar role
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Knowledge of accounting principles and processes
  • Prior bookkeeping/accounting experience is required

Requirements:

  • Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail
  • Bilingual in Spanish (fluent)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Maintain confidentiality
