Accounting Analyst

Role: Accounting Analyst

Location: Tulsa, OK (hybrid)

Pay: $50,000-60,000 / year

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepared and recorded journal entries, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards
• Performed account reconciliations, including accounts receivable and customer accounts, identifying and resolving discrepancies
• Assisted in the preparation of financial reports, including quarterly income statements and budget analyses
• Supported tax preparation by compiling data and assisting with calculations for corporate tax returns
• Conducted financial calculations such as depreciation, allocations, ratios, and variance analysis
• Analyzed forecasted versus actual expenses to support budgeting and financial planning processes
• Generated and reviewed regulatory and internal financial reports using accounting systems and software
• Collaborated with auditors, regulatory agencies, and internal stakeholders by providing accurate financial data and documentation
• Maintained organized financial records and ensured compliance with company policies and reporting requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in accounting, finance or related combined with 2+ years of experience
• 2+ years AP and AR experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Possess strong organizational and time management skills
