Accounting Analyst

Join our team, where you'll be integral in overseeing financial transactions and processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance across multiple accounting functions. You'll manage vendor invoices, secure vendor payments, address payment inquiries, and support the annual 1099 process. Dive into journal entries, assist in account analyses, and support employee records. Engage in strategic treasury activities, ensuring that escrow accounts are meticulously recorded and reconciled. Your role will extend into the payroll domain, supporting the payroll cycle from data input to validation. Additionally, you'll work on daily cash reports and seek continuous process improvements.

Qualification essentials include a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance combined with over three years of robust accounting expertise. While expertise in tools like Aderant, Chrome River, and Ceridian Dayforce is advantageous, proficiency in Microsoft Excel is crucial. We're looking for someone with a sharp eye for detail, an eagerness to learn, adept multitasking abilities, and outstanding communication skills.
