About the Company:
Our client, a leader in the food safety and service industry is seeking an Accounting Analyst to join their team downtown.
The Accounting Analyst will play a highly visible, well-rounded role supporting month-end close, treasury, billing, and system-driven reporting initiatives.
Responsibilities
Prepare journal entries, accruals, and manage prepaids
Support month-end close and account reconciliations
Perform bank recs and track cash (treasury exposure)
Assist with billing processes and inventory monitoring across locations
Identify efficiencies within ERP and reporting systems
What We’re Looking For
2–5 years of accounting experience
Experience closing the books
ERP experience required (NetSuite a plus)
Strong Excel skills and curiosity for process improvement
