Salary: $65,000–$85,000
A growing organization is seeking an Accountant to maintain the general ledger and support financial operations, with some focus on accounts receivable. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on accounting and wants to focus on core bookkeeping and financial recordkeeping.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain the general ledger and ensure accurate financial records
- Perform bank reconciliations and manage deposits
- Handle accounts receivable, including invoicing and collections
- Assist with month-end close and preparation of internal reports
- Support process improvements and workflow efficiency
Qualifications:
- 1–3 years of accounting experience
- Solid understanding of general ledger accounting
- Experience with accounts receivable and reconciliations
- Proficiency in Excel and accounting software
- Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive
