Industrial Services company has a new permanent opportunity for an Accountant to join their team. The company is a smaller, specialized, family owned company, in existence for 50+ years. The Accountant position is a broad accounting role, reporting to the Controller.
Compensation: Up to about $90,000 + Bonus, depending on experience
Key Responsibilities of the Accountant:
- Assist with ME close
- Process AR/Billing, analyze aging reports
- Review of open/closed jobs/projects, WIP process
- Prepare analysis and reports for job/project costs
- Cash flow reporting
- Assist with accounting for inventory
- Assist with process and system automation improvements
Ideal Qualifications for the Accountant:
- Bachelors Degree
- 3+ years of Accounting experience
- AR/Billing analysis
- Experience with job/project analysis
- Experience in Industrial Services, Construction, Manufacturing, Engineering, HVAC, or similar
