- Manage full-cycle month-end close, including journal entries, accruals, reconciliations, and variance analysis
- Prepare and analyze balance sheet reconciliations and supporting schedules
- Reconcile cash activity, bank accounts, and daily cash reports
- Record settlements, disbursements, deposits, and bank transfers accurately in the general ledger
- Support financial statement preparation and serve as backup for Accounts Payable
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field with 3–5 years of accounting experience
- Strong understanding of GAAP, reconciliations, and month-end close processes
- Advanced Excel skills
