Imprimis Group, Inc. has partnered with a growing architecture firm in Dallas, TX that is hiring an Accountant.  Our client is growing and looking to hire an accountant that will lead and perform operational accounting duties to effectively support the firm; duties include a variety of accounting activities related to month-end and year-end closes, account reconciliations, and handle multiple projects.
  ACCOUNTANT | CONTRACT TO HIRE | ONSITE - DALLAS, TX (Medical District)
$27-28/HOUR | PAID BENEFITS & GROWTH

Responsibilities:
  • Bank Statement Reconciliation
  • Handle Accounts Payable duties assuring proper classification to Jobs and Cost Centers, and timely payment of bills
  • Handle Accounts Receivable duties preparing TSG Invoice Drafts for review by Project Manager, Finalize and Issue
  • Assure timely payment of outstanding invoices
  • Prepare periodic cash requirement schedules as needed
  • Maintain the Project Accounting Folders updated them as needed
  • Assist upper management as needed
  • Communicate with Clients and Vendors as needed

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting REQUIRED
  • Minimum of 5+ of full cycle corporate accounting experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.)
  • Experience with QuickBooks, or other accounting software
  • Great Communication Skills
  • Ability to handle multiple projects
  • Good Work Ethic and the ability to work well with others
