About the role


The Account Support Specialist will build strong client relationships, ensuring seamless account management and client support. In this role the Account Support Specialist will act as a trusted partner ensuring clients needs are met and issues are resolved.


Key Responsibilities of an Account Support Specialist

  • The account support specialist will serve as the primary contact for clients account inquiries ensuring excellent client support
  • The account support specialist will provide administrative and operational support to account managers
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive client support
  • The account support specialist will strengthen clients relations through proactive communication and reliable services
  • Monitor account activity and ensure timely updates on client records
  • The account support specialist will identify opportunities to improve client support and enhance client satisfaction
  • The account support specialist will upload the standards of the company and its integrity

Key Qualifications of an Account Support Specialist

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 years experience in client support,, customer service or account management
  • Client-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering outstanding client support
