Our company is seeking an Account Support & Sales Associate to combine in-home support with hands-on residential sales of Frontier services. Prepare to assist customers, present tailored solutions, and help close deals while contributing to a high-performing team. This is a commission-based, performance-driven role for a proactive, customer-focused Account Support & Sales Associate looking for real responsibility and career growth.
The Account Support & Sales Associate must:
Engage residential customers in person to present Frontier solutions
Conduct in-home consultations and product demonstrations
Close sales opportunities with a consultative, client-focused approach
Assist customers with onboarding, service activation, and retention follow-ups
Maintain accurate account records and document customer interactions
Identify upsell and referral opportunities to maximize account value
Track engagement and sales activity, reporting results to leadership
The Account Support & Sales Associate has to have:
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
Comfortable in residential environments
Organized, detail-oriented, and accountable
Sales-minded with a consultative, professional approach
Self-motivated and driven by performance-based results
Coachable and willing to learn Frontier products
High school diploma or equivalent
