Key Responsibilities

• Support the Team Manager with daily operations and coaching as an Account Operations Associate focused on team success and accountability.
• Help train, mentor, and motivate team members to achieve consistent sales results while maintaining a supportive work environment.
• Assist with onboarding and ongoing development initiatives to strengthen sales skills across the team.
