As an Account Manager Trainee, you’ll gain hands-on experience supporting client relationships, sales activity and campaign performance. What your day-to-day looks like as an Account Manager Trainee:

  • The Account Manager Trainee will use face-to-face sales approaches to drive customer engagement and campaign reach.
  • Represent and promote client products and services directly to clients in commercial settings.
  • Build strong product knowledge to confidently answer questions, manage objections, and communicate value to our clients.
  • Develops client relationships by understanding needs and recommending tailored solutions.
  • Support fellow Account Manager Trainees through collaboration, participation and progress tracking.
  • Take part in ongoing training focused on leadership, communication and sales skills.
  • Assist growth efforts by identifying referral opportunities and potential upsells.

Skills And Attributes Required For The Account Manager Trainee:

  • Previous experience in sales, customer service or account management is a plus.
  • Solid problem-solving skills with a focus on meeting client needs.
  • Ability to support team goals while taking responsibility for individual performance.
