Summary:
The Account manager I role is an entry level position that supports the account management team by assisting with the pre-order process, processing sales orders, generating reports, monitoring order status, and assisting with post-purchase transactions. This position requires professional customer service skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a strong attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
- Order processing and related activities (pre and post-sale).
- Monitoring of order status.
- Sales report generation.
- Timely and professional responses to all communication (written and verbal).
- Management and maintenance of customer information in systems.
Required Qualifications:
- Previous account management experience preferred, but not required.
- Customer service experience required
- Proficient in MS Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize assigned duties in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Hours: Mon - Fri, 8:00am - 5:00pm
