Your Daily Duties:
As a Account Manager, you will collaborate with the Team to execute daily marketing and outreach goals for the Frontier brand.
Engage with the local community to provide high-quality customer service and technology solutions.
Participate in strategic daily briefings where we teach collaborative sales strategies to improve your communication and sales techniques.
Assist with account documentation and client reporting to ensure campaign accuracy.
Manage consumer leads and territory assignments with a high level of integrity and professional conduct.
Contribute to weekly workshops where a Account Manager masters leadership development and office operations.
Preferred Qualifications:
A professional attitude and a desire for a Account Manager to learn new strategic business skills.
Strong communication abilities and a "people-first" mindset.
An Associate’s degree or High school diploma or equivalent preferred; further education in Business or Psychology is a plus but not required!
Ability to work effectively while utilizing collaborative sales strategies within a team-oriented environment.
Commitment to delivering excellent customer experiences daily.
