Job Details
What You’ll Do
- Manage a portfolio of resort and high-end commercial properties, ensuring each site looks its absolute best every day.
- Build strong relationships with clients through clear, consistent communication and a genuine passion for their properties.
- Oversee crews, coordinate daily operations, and inspect properties to maintain our high quality standards.
- Design and manage flower color programs — seasonal rotations, plant health, and overall presentation.
- Diagnose and solve irrigation and turf issues quickly and efficiently.
- Develop enhancement ideas and proposals to continually improve property value and aesthetics.
What You Bring
- 5+ years of experience managing commercial landscape maintenance accounts.
- Strong knowledge of flowers, turf, irrigation systems, and landscape maintenance practices.
- Exceptional attention to detail — both in your work and your communication.
- Proven leadership skills and the ability to manage multiple sites and teams at once.
- A passion for creating and maintaining beautiful landscapes!
- Landscape certifications (ACLP, SLM, etc.) are a plus but not required.
