About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Account Manager / Full Desk Recruiter with proven experience managing client relationships and full-cycle recruiting within the US IT staffing industry. This role requires a strong balance of account management, client interaction, and hands-on recruiting, making it ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, delivery-focused environment.
Client-facing experience is mandatory, as this role serves as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts.
Key Responsibilities
Account Management (Client-Facing)
- Serve as the primary relationship manager for assigned client accounts
- Conduct regular client calls to understand hiring needs, priorities, and workforce planning
- Manage job intake, expectations, SLAs, and delivery timelines
- Coordinate interviews, feedback, offers, and onboarding activities
- Ensure high client satisfaction through consistent communication and quality delivery
Full Desk Recruiting
- Handle full-cycle recruiting for contract, contract-to-hire, and permanent positions
- Source, screen, interview, and submit qualified IT candidates
- Being able to sell IT Staffing Services to new prospects as well as existing clients.
- Sell and recruit across technology skill sets including:
- Cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Data / Analytics
- Cybersecurity
- Enterprise Applications (Salesforce, SAP, ServiceNow)
- Ensure high-quality submissions within defined turnaround times (TAT)
- Manage candidate experience from initial contact through placement and onboarding
Collaboration & Operations
- Work closely with sales, recruiting, and operations teams to ensure seamless delivery
- Maintain accurate records in ATS/CRM systems
- Ensure compliance with client, MSP/VMS, and internal processes
- Support account growth through consistent performance and relationship building
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in IT Staffing or IT Consulting Services company as an Account Manager, Full Desk Recruiter, or a similar role
- Strong client-facing experience managing US-based clients
- Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions across different clients
- Solid understanding of US staffing models (W2, C2C, Contract, Contract-to-Hire, Permanent)
- Must be willing to work from Somerset, NJ office for 3-5 days in a week.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with Direct clients and MSP/VMS platforms (Fieldglass, Beeline, etc.)
- Ability to identify upsell or account expansion opportunities
- Experience managing mid-market or enterprise client accounts
