- Experience with material handling and motive power batteries and chargers.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
- Conduct warm calls to potential customers, introducing our service and identifying oportunities for business development.
- Oversee the sales process at each stage for quote to purchasing to fulfillment and follow up.
- Lead nogotiations with customers to secure contracts and close sales effectively.
- Utilize company system to track account activity, manage leads, and report on sales performance.
- Provide technical sales support by understanding product offerings and articulating their benefits to clients.
- Identify new business opportunities within the market to expand the client base.
- Investigate and troubleshoot customer service issues.
- Assist with sales team to meet monthly sales goals.
