• Monitor assignment performance, address issues proactively, and coordinate replacements when required to maintain continuity of service.
• Collaborate with government stakeholders to understand technical, functional, and program-specific staffing requirements.
• Partner with internal recruiting teams to develop targeted sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill and specialized IT roles.
• Support workforce planning efforts by anticipating future staffing needs based on program timelines, technology initiatives, and historical usage patterns.
• Ensure all staffing activities comply with applicable government contracting requirements, policies, and procedures.

• Support contract administration activities, including task order tracking, rate management, insourcing provisions, and audit readiness.
• Track and monitor contractor performance, attendance, and assignment progress to ensure service expectations are met.
• Address performance concerns in coordination with internal teams and client stakeholders, implementing corrective actions when needed.
• Gather client feedback and use insights to drive continuous improvement in service delivery.
• Prepare and deliver regular account status reports covering staffing activity, fulfillment timelines, workforce metrics, and issue resolution.
• Maintain accurate records related to staffing requests, placements, and contract performance.
• Provide visibility into trends, risks, and opportunities related to account performance and service optimization.
• Stay informed on public-sector IT staffing trends, emerging technologies, and evolving government workforce needs.
• Maintain awareness of changes in government hiring practices, labor regulations, and compliance requirements that may impact staffing delivery.
• Apply industry knowledge to recommend improvements and value-added approaches to workforce support.
