● Role Overview
The Account Executive will identify and engage potential clients to secure IT
implementation projects.
● This role is designed for a high-performer experienced in selling IT services who is
motivated by performance-based earnings (OTE).

Focus on “mushroom hunting” new business opportunities—proactively seeking and
cultivating high-potential clients.
Key Responsibilities
● Business Development: Generate new opportunities using LinkedIn, industry networks,
and AI tools (ZoomInfo, Apollo.ai, etc.).

and cultivating high-potential clients
○ Focus on land and expand strategies—leveraging existing contacts to grow
within new departments or divisions.
● Relationship Management: Build long-term client partnerships through personalized
outreach and value-driven communication.
● Solution Mapping: Collaborate with internal teams to align our technical capabilities with
client requirements.
● CRM Management: Maintain precise records, enrich data via AI tools, and track all sales
activity.
● Sales Targets: Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue growth
targets.
● Expense Account: $8K per quarter for business-related expenses.
Must-Have Qualifications:
● 3+ years of professional sales experience.
● Proven track record of $4M+ quota achievement.
● Direct experience selling technology services at a services-based company.
● Background as a former college athlete.
● Experience selling specialized data engineering services.
● Proven ability to establish and leverage partner channels (specifically Databricks or
Azure).
Incentive Plan – OTE
● New Revenue: 4% commission on all paid invoices from new clients.
● Renewals: 2% commission on all paid invoices from existing clients.
