Job Summary:
We are seeking a high-energy, motivated Account Executive who thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment. This is a hunter role — you will be responsible for prospecting, cold calling, and generating new business opportunities. The ideal candidate is self-starting, fearless on the phone, and hungry to exceed targets.

Responsibilities:
•    Identify and prospect new business opportunities via phone calls, email campaigns, social media, and networking.
•    Make 80+ outbound calls per day to generate qualified leads.
•    Schedule and conduct discovery calls, presentations, and product demos.
•    Work with sales engineers and technical staff to prepare proposals and close deals.
•    Maintain accurate CRM records and report on sales activity and pipeline.
•    Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas.
•    Stay informed about MSP industry trends, services, and competitive landscape.

Requirements:
•    5+ years of B2B sales experience; experience in MSP, SaaS, or Compliance, Insurance, or IT services preferred.
•    Proven track record of hunting and closing new business.
•    Comfortable with high-volume calling and persistent follow-up.
•    Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
•    Self-motivated with excellent time management and organizational abilities.
•    Proficiency with CRM systems.

Preferred Qualifications:
•    Familiarity with managed IT services, cybersecurity, cloud solutions, compliance, or related technologies.
•    Experience selling to SMBs and understanding their IT needs and challenges.
