We’re searching for somebody to help drive our Frontier telecom campaigns across California. As an Account Executive, you’ll support team operations, coach new hires, and contribute to sales goals while mastering the art of D2D telecom sales.
Account Executive Duties
Sell Frontier telecom services directly to customers in assigned territories
Guide customers through product options and service plans
Deliver top-tier customer experiences while closing sales
Support team members with training and field coaching
Track team performance and report metrics to leadership
Assist in territory planning and campaign execution
Resolve customer concerns and escalate when needed
Represent Lykos Capital and Frontier with professionalism
Account Executive Qualities
Strong leadership potential and communication skills
Confidence in customer-facing sales roles
Goal-oriented mindset with a drive to succeed
Ability to coach and collaborate with peers
Adaptability and problem-solving skills
Tech-savvy with basic CRM knowledge
Sales or team leadership experience is a plus
