About the Role
We are looking for a high-performing Account Executive – IT Staffing / Staff Augmentation with proven experience selling IT staffing services to US clients. This role is focused on new client acquisition, account growth, and revenue generation through contract, contract-to-hire, and direct hire staffing solutions.
The ideal candidate understands the US staffing market, client procurement processes, and has experience supporting technology domains such as AI/Data, Cybersecurity, Cloud, and Enterprise Applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business by prospecting and closing opportunities for IT Staff Augmentation services
- Sell contract, contract-to-hire, and permanent staffing solutions
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline through outbound prospecting, referrals, and networking
- Work closely with recruiting teams to deliver qualified candidates within defined SLAs and TATs
- Gather detailed job requirements and manage client expectations throughout the hiring lifecycle
- Negotiate bill rates, margins, MSAs, SOWs, and client terms
- Manage relationships with hiring managers, procurement teams, MSPs, and VMS platforms
- Ensure high-quality submissions, interview coordination, offer closure, and onboarding support
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue and placement targets
- Maintain accurate client and pipeline data in CRM systems
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in IT Staffing / IT Staff Augmentation sales
- Proven success selling staffing services in the US market
- Strong understanding of US staffing models, billing structures, and compliance requirements
- Experience in selling technology staffing services including:
- AI / ML & Data Engineering / Analytics
- Cybersecurity
- Cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Enterprise Applications (Salesforce, SAP, ServiceNow, etc.)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills
