Account Executive (Onsite – Tempe, AZ)

What You’ll Do
In this role, you’ll engage with small business customers through scheduled appointments, uncovering needs and recommending solutions that save time, reduce costs, and improve efficiency. You’ll work cross-functionally to deliver an exceptional customer experience—turning every interaction into an opportunity to build trust and value.

- Monday–Friday, B2B schedule
- Starting base wage of $23.50/hour, plus performance-based bonus opportunities

What You Bring:
- 3+ years of sales experience (B2B preferred)
- Strong decision-making skills with the ability to research, recommend, and resolve customer needs
- Familiarity with accounting or tax-related tools (preferred, not required)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Comfort working with computers and digital tools
During a Typical Day, You’ll:
- Lead solution-focused conversations using persuasive, consultative sales techniques
- Recommend, quote, and negotiate products while identifying and maximizing sales opportunities
- Partner with new and existing accounting professionals to assess needs and deliver tailored solutions
- Drive revenue by engaging accounting partners with a full suite of solutions for small to mid-market businesses
- Confidently use systems and tools to deliver seamless, high-quality customer experiences
