About this Position
This position is a key infrastructure position within the Forensic Science graduate program. The position provides support to faculty members and students on use of the online learning system and navigation of Oklahoma State University academic policies. The position also manages program informational documents and advises students on the application, admission, and enrollment process for the master’s degrees and Graduate Certificates offered in the School of Forensic Sciences.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's (degree must be conferred on or before agreed upon start date) or equivalent experience
Minimum of one (1) year of experience in an academic department in higher education or comparable experience in a similar role
Skills, Proficiencies, and/or Knowledge:
- Effective communication is essential, along with outstanding interpersonal abilities and the capacity to manage various tasks efficiently
- The ability to communicate clearly is vital, complemented by strong interpersonal skills and proficiency in multitasking.
- Proficient communication is important, as are exceptional interpersonal skills and the talent for juggling multiple responsibilities successfully
- Must communicate effectively, possess strong interpersonal skills, and have the ability to prioritize multiple tasks
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in Student Services or similar degree program
