• Sunday to Sunday 7am to 7am hospital coverage
• Office coverage Tuesdays & Thursdays 8am - 5pm for vacation weeks
• New practice with average 2-3 weekend callbacks
• Average 2 weekend admissions
• 24-hour pager call during vacation coverage weeks
• Vaginal delivery, cesarean delivery, and circumcision required
• Hysteroscopy and hysterectomy procedures required
• D&C with/without suction and ovarian cystectomy required
• We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
• We arrange complimentary housing and travel and comprehensive malpractice coverage
• We simplify the credentialing and privileging process
