Title: Accounts Receivable Clerk
Salary Range: $42,000 – $50,000 annually
Location: Coconut Creek, FL. (On-Site)

Responsibilities of the Accounts Receivable Clerk:
- Daily reconciliation of payments
- Managing high‑volume cash balancing
- Posting payments into QuickBooks
- Processing deposits
- Invoicing employees for benefit payments
- Handling donation requests: Track requests, approvals/denials, Prepare letters, Activate gift cards (when approved), Maintain weekly logs, etc.
- Occasional AP support (vendor entries)
- Handling journal entries
Qualifications of the Accounts Receivable Clerk:
- Accounting experience in a hospitality or restaurant environment is a plus
- Familiarity with Restaurant 365, QuickBooks, Xero or other large ERPs.
- 1-3+ years of relevant accounting or AR experience
- Excel: Pivot tables and VLOOKUPs.
