The A/P Help Desk Supervisor will provide support to the A/P department and trouble shoot any issues related to Accounts Payable. This supervisor will develop and implement processes/benchmarks to ensure that high quality service is provided.
_Responsibilities:_
+ Supervise a team of 5
+ First line of support for the A/P help desk department related to processes, problems, questions etc.
+ Develop and implement processes/benchmarks to ensure that high quality service is provided
+ Develop Standard Level of Agreement for AP help desk
+ Implement methodologies to improve first call resolutions
+ Analyze help desk productivity and make recommendations for increased efficiency and effectiveness
+ Implement training programs developed by the A/P manager to ensure that processes and customer support is provided in an effective manner
_Requirements:_
+ High School diploma or equivalent, Bachelor's degree preferred
+ A minimum of 3 years A/P experience and Supervisory experience is preferred
+ A minimum of 3 years in an A/P help desk environment or related department is strongly preferred: previous experience in a distribution or a customer service environment a plus
+ Supervise, mentor, and train direct reporting staff according to overall company policies and procedures
+ Multi-task/manage multiple projects/requests in a fast-paced environment
+ Task and detailed oriented; ability to work on an individual basis as well as on a team
+ Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills a must
+ Experience with IBM AS400 operating system a plus
+ Ability to effectively work in a Windows environment with experience in Outlook, Word and Excel
