• Monday - Friday 8 am - 5 pm schedule
• Clinic and OR coverage required
• Coverage at 2 facilities 30 miles apart
• 1 day weekly at rural health clinic, 4 days at main location
• Minimum 2 weeks per month commitment
• Hospital privileges required
