3rd Shift Warehouse Packer/Production Associate

Hours: 10pm-6am Sunday-Thursday

Pay: $16.40/hr paid weekly

Location: Elkhart, IN

We are looking for reliable Packer/Production Associates to join a client that produces plastic RV products. The position is in a Warehouse setting. You would be responsible for packing RV components, handling heavy materials, and assisting with machine setup and basic production operations. Candidates must be comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment and lifting heavy items throughout the shift. 

Ability to lift heavy materials consistently throughout the shift

Willingness to learn machine setup and production processes

Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

Ability to follow instructions and work independently or in a team

Pack and prepare plastic parts and components

Inspect products for quality before packaging

Lift, move and stack materials frequently up to 50+ lbs

Learn and assist with basic machine setup and operation after training

Follow all safety procedures and warehouse guidelines
