Job Title: 3D Designer
Location-Type: Fully Remote (10-20 hrs/week -- any timezone)
Start Date Is: 4/13
Duration: Contract (6 Months)
Compensation Range: $40/hr - $44/hr W2

Job Description:
The 3D Designer will support the client's creative team by producing and modifying 3D exhibit designs for trade shows and corporate environments, primarily within the pharmaceutical industry.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Create and modify 3D exhibit designs using existing brand assets and templates

• Update graphics and layouts for trade show booths and corporate exhibit environments

• Collaborate with the creative director to intake projects and implement design updates

• Produce visualizations that align with established design standards and brand guidelines

• Adjust layouts for booth sizes such as inline, 10x10, 20x20, and 40' exhibits

• Work within PowerPoint and Adobe tools to support presentation and design deliverables

• Communicate proactively with the team and quickly respond to requests or feedback

• Participate in occasional Teams calls to review project details and updates

Requirements:

• Must-Haves:

  • 3–5 years of professional 3D design experience

  • Strong proficiency in 3D Studio Max

  • V-Ray rendering experience
  • Experience working with presentation materials in PowerPoint

  • Experience designing trade show or corporate exhibit environments

  • Ability to quickly modify existing assets and layouts

  • Strong communication skills and responsiveness in a remote team environment

  • Portfolio demonstrating professional 3D visualization work

• Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience with AutoCAD

  • Basic Adobe Creative Suite experience (Photoshop preferred)

  • Experience supporting pharma or healthcare industry exhibits
