About the Role:

As a Night Shift Production Supervisor with Oberfields, you are responsible for:

• Delegating Tasks to Your Teams
• Overseeing Manufacturing Production
• Training Team Members on How to Use Equipment and Safety Guidelines
• Reporting Any Safety Incidents/Lack of Cooperation to Management
• Detecting Defects in Machinery
• Adjusting and Set-Up Machinery According to Specification
• Meeting Quality Control Standards
• Determining Hiring, Firing, and Disciplinary Needs with Management
