26' Box Truck Route Driver & Warehouse Associate

Start your morning by inspecting a 26’ box truck, reviewing your route, and confirming the day’s manifest. You’ll load, secure, and head out—driving safely and professionally—so every stop receives the right products on time. At each delivery, you’ll partner with customers to unload and neatly stack items, capture signatures, and complete accurate paperwork. Back at the warehouse, you’ll jump in with the team to receive freight, pick and stage orders, count inventory, and keep the space clean, safe, and organized.

Core Responsibilities

• Operate company box trucks safely and courteously at all times.
• Deliver products to scheduled locations with accuracy and promptness.
• Unload and stack merchandise with customers in a professional, helpful manner.
• Complete delivery documentation precisely and on time.
• Assist in warehouse operations: receiving, stocking, picking, and shipping.
• Assemble customer orders, palletize, and stage for shipment.
• Store materials in correct locations by product code/sequence.
• Conduct daily cycle counts and update inventory records.
• Research and help resolve freight discrepancies or claims.
• Maintain a clean, orderly warehouse—sweep, remove trash, and follow all safety/sanitation standards.
• Operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment efficiently and safely.

What You Bring

• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record (no DUIs or careless/reckless driving in the past 3 years).
• Hands-on experience operating 26’ box trucks.
• Forklift or reach-truck experience preferred.
• Sharp attention to detail with strong organizational habits.
• Ability to read and follow work instructions and shipping documentation.
• Clear, professional communication with customers and teammates.
• Comfort with basic math (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
• Ability to lift, push, and pull 75+ lbs on a regular basis.
• Reliable, on time, and able to work at a fast pace to meet deadlines.

Pay & Tools

Pay Range: $17.00 - $19.00
