Shifts & Scheduling
We are hiring for:
- Day, evening, and overnight shifts
- 8-, 10-, and 12-hour shifts
- Weekday and weekend availability
Flexible scheduling available to build a full care team.
Pay & Benefits
- $15.00–$17.00/hour, based on experience
- Paid Time Off
- Direct deposit
- 1-to-1 caregiver-to-client ratio
- Support from a team available 24/7
What You'll Do
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Assist with personal care and daily routines
- Support comfort, safety, and overnight supervision
- Light meal preparation and housekeeping
- Help maintain dignity and independence at home
What We're Looking For
- Compassionate, reliable caregivers
- Prior caregiving experience preferred
- Ability to pass a background check
- Reliable transportation
