Candidate Pay Rate: $40 - $28 per hour

• Provide skilled physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist to support patient recovery and mobility
• Assist patients with therapeutic exercises and mobility training, helping them regain independence
• Monitor and document patient progress clearly and professionally to guide ongoing care
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and home exercise programs to extend progress beyond the clinic
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to deliver coordinated, patient-centered care

• Active Ohio PTA license (required)
• Associate degree from an accredited PTA program
• Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
• Previous SNF or rehab experience preferred
• Strong communication and clinical skills, with the ability to work well on a team

• Associate degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program

• Therapeutic exercise techniques and mobility training
• Patient care and compassionate communication
• Clinical documentation and progress monitoring
• Patient and family education on home exercise plans
• Interdisciplinary collaboration within a skilled nursing/rehab setting
