Job Title: 1st Shift Slitting/Coating Operator
Pay: $18.00 per hour
Hours: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Start Date: ASAP

As a Slitting/Coating Operator, you’ll play a key role in supporting daily manufacturing operations. You’ll work closely with the production team to ensure the highest quality in our coating processes, contributing to the success of our products.

What You’ll Do:
As a 1st Shift Slitting/Coating Operator, you will be responsible for:
  • Operating and monitoring coating and slitting machines to ensure proper functionality and efficiency.
  • Adjusting machine settings to optimize coating applications and maintain product quality.
  • Conducting routine inspections of materials and finished products to ensure compliance with specifications and quality standards.
  • Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe workspace to adhere to safety protocols and ensure a high standard of cleanliness.
  • Collaborating with team members to troubleshoot equipment issues and resolve any operational challenges promptly.
  • Documenting operational data and reports accurately to support production records and quality audits.

What You’ll Bring:
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
  • Strong attention to detail and a dedication to producing quality work.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
  • Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks necessary for the role.
  • Prior experience in manufacturing, coating, or slitting operations is a plus but not mandatory.
