What Youll Do:

Your duties include managing and tracking files, preparing documents through scanning and sorting, and ensuring accurate filing and re-boxing. You will handle various document types, including wet and dry signatures, and assist in processing mortgage files. The role involves physical activity such as climbing ladders, reaching, bending, and lifting up to 35 lbs with provided carts. Your daily tasks will require managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines consistently.
What Youll Bring:
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A high school diploma or GED
- Ability to pass a Live Scan background check
- Physical capability to lift up to 35 lbs and climb ladders up to 5 feet high
- Comfort with bending, reaching, twisting, and other physical activities required daily
- Willingness to participate in training, which lasts approximately 1-2 weeks
