-Program CNC mills and/or lathes using Mastercam 2026 software
-Set up and operate CNC machines for production and prototype work
-Interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and GD&T specifications
-Select appropriate tooling, speeds, and feeds for various materials
-Perform first-piece inspections and ensure parts meet quality standards
-Optimize machining processes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness
-Troubleshoot machining and programming issues as they arise
-Maintain proper documentation of programs, setups, and revisions
-1+ years of CNC machining experience (milling and/or turning)
-Proven experience programming with Mastercam (2026 preferred)
-Strong understanding of G-code and CNC operations
-Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and tolerances
-Experience with precision measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, gauges)
