Summary:
• Bilingual Customer Service Representative position (English/Spanish)
• Handle inbound calls from patients regarding billing and insurance
• Assist with payment arrangements and account inquiries
• Perform light data entry and administrative support tasks
Responsibilities:
• Answer inbound calls from patients in a professional and courteous manner
• Explain billing statements and insurance information clearly in both English and Spanish
• Negotiate and set up payment arrangements
• Process payments accurately and securely
• Perform light data entry and maintain accurate records
• Provide excellent customer service while resolving patient concerns
• Support additional office or administrative duties as assigned
Requirements:
• Must be fluent in both English and Spanish
• Previous customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle sensitive financial and personal information with confidentiality
• Basic computer skills and data entry experience
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Dependable and professional work ethic
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug test
