11+ years QA / Lead Automation with Playwright

Title: 10+ years QA / Lead Automation (Onsite)

Locations (local & onsite-ready only):

• Charlotte, NC

• Austin, TX

• NYC, NY

• San Diego, CA

Must-Have Technical Skills

• Strong hands-on automation (not just lead/manager)

• Selenium + Java (core requirement)

• Playwright (UI and preferably API automation)

• Test framework design from scratch

• CI/CD integration (Jenkins/GitHub Actions preferred)

Experience Level

• Senior QA Automation: 7–9+ years (hands-on heavy)

• QA Lead Automation: 9–12+ years (hands-on + team guidance)

Role Expectations

• Write and maintain automation scripts in Java

• Drive automation strategy and best practices

• Collaborate closely with Dev/Product teams onsite

• Lead code reviews and mentor junior QAs (for Lead roles)

Strong Preference

• Local candidates already in the listed cities

• Prior onsite/hybrid enterprise project experience

• Good communication and stakeholder interaction
