Overview
The client is seeking a Marketing Automation Specialist with 5+ years of digital marketing experience and deep expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC). This role supports wealth management initiatives by delivering highly personalized, data-driven email and journey-based campaigns in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Design and build personalized, responsive email templates using AMPscript, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SQL.
Develop scalable, modular dynamic content to support multiple campaigns and customer journeys.
Execute A/B and multivariate testing to optimize templates, content, and journey logic.
Manage segmentation, list management, SQL-driven automations, and data quality controls.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, and IT to align campaigns with business goals.
Ensure compliance, accuracy, and best practices across all email and automation activities.
Required Qualifications
5+ years of digital marketing experience; 4+ years managing email campaigns.
Strong proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Content Builder, Mobile Studio, Personalization, Intelligence).
Hands-on expertise with AMPscript, HTML, CSS; working knowledge of JavaScript and SQL.
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field, or equivalent experience.
Preferred Skills
Salesforce Marketing Cloud certification.
Experience with responsive email design and automated journeys.
Familiarity with Salesforce CRM (SFDC).
Experience with email testing tools (e.g., Email on Acid).
Advanced Excel skills; experience handling large datasets and segmentation.
Exposure to Claravine, Aprimo, APIs, and SQL queries.
