!!New Senior Financial Analyst

My N. Scottsdale client is actively interviewing for their Senior Financial Analyst. This person must be a high-impact professional who can translate financial metrics into a compelling story. Salary Range based on experience ( 115-135K plus bonus).

Responsibilities:

• Financial planning, forecasting and analysis, modeling, and budgeting
• Support the business in developing strategic projects, their financial analysis, and their implementation
• Assist with capital expenditure planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities
• Prepare, consolidate, and review reports and presentations for Senior Management
• Monitor Performance: Oversee budget expectations, identifying variances and providing "why" analysis to determine if we are meeting our fiscal benchmarks.
• Storytelling with Data: Translate complex financial datasets into clear, "layman's terms" presentations for leadership, highlighting trends and actionable insight
• Monthly and quarterly performance reporting
• Variance analysis vs. budget, forecast, and prior periods
• Trend analysis across entities, locations,

Requirements:

• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint skills required
• Power BI or Tableau skills preferred
• 5 plus years' experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• Master's degree (MBA, MS Finance, MS Accounting or similar) preferred.
