Senior .NET Application Developer (C#, ASP.NET Core, Microservices)

Overview:
We are seeking a Senior Application Developer to support the development, administration, and configuration of a custom-built .NET application. This role will also provide oversight and guidance on replacement software initiatives and contribute to performance improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, administer, and configure a custom-built .NET application
  • Provide oversight and guidance for replacement software and performance improvements
  • Perform code reviews and testing on new code
  • Participate in team meetings and design sessions aligned with Scrum ceremonies
  • Collaborate with Technical Architects and technical teams to ensure compliance with established standards
  • Provide technical knowledge transfer, training, documentation, mentorship, and guidance
  • Support additional tasks, special projects, analysis, and planning efforts as required

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience with:
    • C#
    • ASP.NET Core
    • MSSQL
  • 5+ years of enterprise-level software development experience
  • Experience leading a team of developers within the Microsoft development stack
  • Familiarity with one or more of the following: Vue, React, Node.js, Angular, TypeScript
  • Experience designing and developing distributed systems (Microservices / SOA)
  • Experience developing reports using SSRS or similar tools
  • Experience with DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines and task automation
  • Experience using Git version control, including branching strategies
  • 2+ years of experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment
