- Negotiate offers and contract terms on behalf of clients
- Guide clients through each step of the real estate transaction
- Stay informed on local market conditions and property values
- Maintain clear communication with clients, lenders, inspectors, and other parties involved in the transaction
- Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws and real estate regulations
- Attend weekly training
