(Korean Bilingual) Warehouse Specialist (Lead)

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Lead to oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and safety in a fast-paced logistics environment. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives in warehouse settings, enjoys process optimization, and can manage cross-functional coordination.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise all warehouse activities including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping of materials and finished goods.
  
• Oversee order fulfillment with a focus on accuracy, speed, and quality.
  
• Manage inventory control through regular cycle counts, audits, and reconciliations.
  
• Assign and monitor daily tasks for warehouse associates and temporary workers.
  
• Implement and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to maintain productivity and compliance.
  
• Track and report daily KPIs, identifying opportunities for workflow improvement.
  
• Communicate with internal teams and customers to resolve logistics or order-related issues.
  
• Ensure warehouse operations meet safety standards and company policies.
  
• Support continuous improvement projects to enhance efficiency and cost control.
  

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of warehouse or distribution experience.
  
• Strong understanding of logistics, inventory management, and warehouse workflows.
  
• Hands-on experience supervising and training warehouse teams. (preferred)
  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) preferred.
  
• Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
  
• Forklift certification preferred.
  
• Bilingual in Korean and English required (verbal and written).
