Position Overview

We are seeking a Junior Accountant to support daily accounting operations and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. This role reports directly to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO).

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with Accounts Receivable: prepare monthly customer reports, process ACH payments, and follow up on past-due accounts
  
• Perform Accounts Payable tasks: verify invoices, gather approvals, and ensure timely payments
  
• Update financial records using accounting software
  
• Gather and input payroll-related expenses
  
• Provide general accounting and administrative support
  
• Assist in preparing reports for management, including analytical summaries
  
• Perform data entry and maintain organized filing systems
  
• Conduct research and gather background data for projects
  
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial documents
  
• Provide administrative support to the CEO and other leaders as needed
  

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in accounting or related field
  
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office, accounting software, and databases
  
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
  
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (preferred)
  
• Bilingual Korean/English preferred
  
• Reliable transportation (onsite role)
  
• Self-motivated and energetic work ethic
